is the administrator of your personal data. For this reason, the company below provides you with more detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data.
Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be processed mainly for marketing purposes, which means (hereinafter collectively referred to as "marketing purposes"):

records in the database of customers of companies for the purpose of promoting products and services of companies,
sending business messages (newsletters, invitations to social events, etc.),
customer satisfaction surveys and market research.
If you are already a customer, resp. if you become one, the company is entitled to send you some business messages without your express consent. Even in such a case, however, you have the right to express your disagreement with sending them.
We also process your personal data due to the fulfillment of legal obligations and obligations arising from contracts concluded with you.
The range of processed personal data

The above personal data will be processed by the companies as personal data controllers for a period of 5 years, however, until the revocation of your consent to the processing is revoked. In the event that companies process personal data on the basis of their legitimate interest, the data will be kept for the time strictly necessary.
Voluntary consent
Your consent to the processing of personal data and the sending of marketing messages is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time. You may withdraw your consent by notifying the Company's registered office or email address below in the Contact Information section, or through any other communication channel that the Company may use for this purpose in the future.
In case of withdrawal of consent via e-mail address, it is necessary to use the e-mail address provided by the company as part of the verification of your identity. If the e-mail address has not been provided by you, the consent to the processing cannot be revoked via e-mail.
As a result of the withdrawal of consent, you will in no case suffer any harm or be treated less favorably. However, the revocation of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data based on the consent given in the past until its revocation. Failure to give consent will only result in difficult communication between you and the companies regarding your awareness of the current offer of companies or the adaptation of offers and services tailored to your needs.
Your rights
Under the conditions laid down by law, you have the right to access and correct your personal data; in certain cases, you have the right to delete them, restrict their processing and transfer personal data to another administrator. You also have the right to object free of charge to the processing of your personal data. You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is registered in office at Lt. Col.
