Rules of the TenisBalance tennis school
Each player (or his legal representative) is obliged to read the rules of the TenisBalance tennis school so that he is familiar with the rules in detail and strictly follows them.
The player becomes a member of the tennis school the moment he or his legal representative sends an application to the tennis school, which will confirm it by e-mail from us.
For each lesson, the player is wearing sportswear and suitable tennis shoes (in the case of clay – flat-soled shoes). A tennis racket can be borrowed from the coaches on lesson.
Every player plays Fair Play in training as well as in matches.
Tennis lessons at the Tennis Academy are paid monthly, with the exception of the tennis kindergarten school, which is payed for five months in advance.
If the invoice is not paid by the 15th day of the month, the first reminder will be sent on the 16th and the second reminder on the 20th. If the invoice is not paid by the 30th day of the month, the player will be excluded from the course and will be obliged to pay the outgoing hours in full.
Compensation and apologies
The player or his legal representative is obliged to unsubscribe from the training at least 12 hours before the start of the lesson, through the reservation system https://tenisbalance.
In case that player is excused in time, the player is entitled to a spare hour. Spare lessons take place on weekends, exceptionally on weekdays, and are always listed in advance in the iSport system.
If a player unsubscribes less than 12 hours in advance or does not unsubscribe at all, the spare lesson is forfeited and the hour must be paid in full.
If the player does not arrive on the court within 15 minutes after the start of the lesson, the lesson is considered as forfeited.
If the coach does not arrive on the court within 15 minutes after the start of the lesson, the player is entitled to a substitute lesson.
If there is unfavorable weather in which it will not be possible to take the lesson (does not apply in the case of the indoor season), TenisBalance school will contact player in time and cancel the lesson. In this case, you are entitled to a substitute lesson, see above.
If it starts to rain within 20 minutes after the start of the lesson, the player is entitled to a substitute lesson. If it starts to rain within the 20th minute, the lesson will fail without compensation.
All unused (or spare) hours must be left or the hours may be moved to the next month. We do not refund money for outgoing lessons.
Winter (indoor) season
There are no spare hours in the indoor season. With an early apology, compensation is only possible in the spring season on the outdoor courts in Petřiny.
Payment for the hall season is for the entire season in advance according to the rules of the localities. Payment for the hall is non-refundable even if the player is excused in time. Monthly, you only pay for tennis lessons.
We reserve the right to change the coach if necessary. If it is a long-term change, not just an exception, you will be informed in time.
